Locating on Thot Not, more than 40 km from Can Tho, Thot Not Rice Bran Collection Center is one of the centers founded with the aims to spread the strength and potential of Wilmar Agro Việt Nam Co. Ltd., with the function of collecting collecting, testing RRB and primarily producing into PRB to transport to Hung Phu Factory as soon as possible.
With only about 40 employees, we can work continuously under high pressure. Staffs at Thot Not RBCC are really hard-working and lively honey-bees for Wilmar Agro Việt Nam hive. It is the youth, enthusiasm, effort, and creativeness of the age of twenty seven, the average age of key staffs, which are the key of TNCC’s success. “Together, we grow- United, we succeed” always reminds us to work together whenever there is any difficulty.
However, we face less and more disadvantages. At first, we are worried about inconveniences of meals or stays and less modern facilities sometimes. Luckily, thanks to Board of Management’s concern and encouragement by allowance policies, outing trips or such parties as D&D, Family Day, these difficulties were flied out of our mind. And all staffs always keep in mind that difficulties are challenges to overcome and to win.
There will be new factory at Thot Not IP established in March, 2009, there will be a lot of things to do. However, by experiences, willingness, self-confidence, and eager to study all staffs at TNCC are waiting for mature leadership to seek new challenges and trying our best for the Wilmar Agro Việt Nam’s success.
