Wilmar Agro Viet Nam Company Ltd., which has formerly named Cai Lan Oils & Fats Industries Company Ltd., - Can Tho Branch, is now belonged to Wilmar International Group, Singapore, and major in producing defatted rice bran and crude rice bran oil, supplied to domestic and international market.
We are seeking potential candidates to undertake following positions.
VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
1. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:
Male, 1 position, aged from 25 – 32, working at Thot Not
Responsibility:
- Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools that are used by maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities.
- Coach and mentor maintenance staff and assist them to diagnose more complex problems with machinery or equipment problems.
- Prioritise and assign tasks so that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
- Train new workers in the organisation’s operating procedures and standards.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
- Good Computer Literacy (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Ms. Project)
- Good planning and organizing skills
- At least 3 years experience in production factories
