Besides creating a comfortable, friendly and professional working environment for employees, Cam Vang's Management Board always wishes to have opportunity of bringing enjoyment and relaxation to all staff after days of hard working. In order to express this good-will, the outing trip to the well-known tourist destinations within the country & oversea have been annually organized.
In October 2008, when peak season of rice bran started coming down, the Company arranged for all staffs to take part in the outing trip to Nha Trang - Vinpearl Land with the duration of three days and three nights. During the trip, we not only had chances of enjoying, relaxing, communicating and exchanging with our colleagues and Board of Management, but also discovered so many greatly amusing and exciting things that we have not ever seen before. Simultaneously, we participated in games that were quite creative, and useful to reinforcing our knowledge, mutually learning and strengthening the solidarity of relation between the members in the Company.
Spending one night in comfortable express, the first morning we arrived in Bai Dai Beach - Cam Ranh. Then, we took photograph, swam, played game and enjoyed sea-food
The trip was really enjoyable, and impressive through a lot of famous tourism sites, activities...
In the afternoon, coming to Vinpearl Land by cable cars, we were really impressed by the green and fresh of the place.
If going by cable car and being surrounded by the natural beauty of Vinpearl Land is the first impression to the visitors, the next must be Vinpearl Land Underwater World, artificial but very lively:
Difference from the first day, only entertainment, the second day, we participated in Teambuilding activities at Doc Let. We had to form in groups, brainstorm to show the intelligence, creativeness, leadership skills in a competitive working environment:

Domino effect, one of the games requiring great patience, co-ordination and arrangement
Especially, we spent a wonderful Galanite at Maritime Restaurant in Nha Trang City.
