Company culture is obviously one of the most precious properties defining stable development as well as shaping identity of each enterprise. Perceiving the importance of this issue, the Management Board of Wilmar Agro Vietnam Co. Ltd. has recently organized practical plan of action in order to restructure Company’ culture. Since last July, Company began to set monthly culture topics relating to Company’s 6 core values: Cooperation – Leadership – Integrity – Innovation – Quality – People.

In early February 2011, Wilmar Agro Vietnam Co., Ltd has officially received HACCP certificate in “Production of Enriched Protein Rice Bran and Stabilized Quality Rice Bran”. Wilmar Agro Vietnam is the first foreign enterprise in rice bran processing industries to receive this certificate.
