Training is both conducted internally and externally by capable training organizations. Training may be proceeded inboard or outboard, or sometimes we create chance for staff to pay a visit to factories belong to the Group for practical exposure. Training courses include:

1. Compulsory training courses as legal regulated is periodiccally conducted such as: labor safety, first aid, fire fighting skills, labor law propaganda

2. Staff performance is fully observed and assessed to define potential competence for development. Staffs are trained to gain knowledge and improve working quality or to take up higher position.
